Where site survey work is being conducted for clients based in the United States we will normally offer the option of having the interpretation and reporting work carried out in Houston. This gives better opportunity to provide interim feedback on results, to consult with the client on report format and content and to respond more rapidly to client requests and comments. It also allows for a more rapid response to requests for further analysis once specific well locations have been selected and provides our clients with a single local point of contact.

Site survey interpretation consists of a combination of interpretation of "analog" data, (paper rolls of side scan and sub-bottom profiler and magnetometer data), plus loading of processed multi-channel seismic data. In many cases now the side scan and sub-bottom are now also provided in digital format and can be loaded into Kingdom Suite for interpretation.

The interpretation team at Gardline has many years of experience working with worldwide site survey data and can draw on a large database of regional information from our UK geophysics department. We are also able to draw on the experience and capabilities of other companies within the group who specialize in geotechnical assessments and engineering studies.
